The Franklin Senior High School 25th year reunion required something special, unlike our other reunions. After considering multiple options, we selected Merry Go Round DJs to help us make this an event to remember. They exceeded our expectations! I wanted to share with you how we felt about the services you provided us at our New Year's Eve party. As we have mentioned to you already, everybody had a wonderful time and we owe that in a large part to the success of your performance as a DJ that evening. The University Park Elementary School PTA wishes to thank Jonathan Davis of Merry Go Round DJs for his outstanding job as DJ and emcee of our Azalea Classic 5K Run/Walk and 1K Fun Run. This was a very important fundraiser for the PTA as well as a logistically challenging event and Merry Go Round DJs really came through for us. A+ He did an excellent job at our reception! Everyone told us that they loved the music! He stayed right on the schedule I gave him and wasn't "DJ annoying" AT ALL! His website is AWESOME too and allows you to listen to songs, search by artist, and then click must play, do not play, or play if possible. Great choice for a DJ!
Jonathan Davis has been great to work with so far and we thought he was a better fit for us than the other djs we had met. His website is awesome too and very user friendly. You can search for any song, then hear a preview, and then add it to your must play, don't play, or if time play list. Then you just save your list, and you can come back to it. We've had a lot of fun with that!
His price was insanely good and he also comes highly recommended by my reception coordinator. Jonathan was wonderful. He played all the songs we requested and we got tons of complements on everything. He worked really well within our budget and was very very friendly. I would recommend him to everyone!
Jon did a fabulous job on the music for my wedding ceremony and reception. My guests raved about the quality of the music for my out-door ceremony. The reception was a blast because of Merry Go Round DJs. Even the little guys were dancing. The wedding coordinator found him to be very easy to work with. Never once did I worry about the music aspect of my wedding. I have even recommended him to my closest friends and family.
I used Jonathan Davis and LOVED him!! He had the dance floor packed the entire night and played an awesome mix of music from oldies, to rock, to dance and hip hop. I highly, highly recommend him!! I have to let you know just how pleased we were with Jonathan as our DJ. Everything he did was perfect! He kept the reception flowing and on the right track without calling undue attention to himself and was extremely flexible whenever we requested changes in the agenda. He has a very pleasant “radio” voice and he kept the volume of the music at just the right level so people could still talk while others enjoyed themselves on the dance floor… and enjoy themselves they most certainly did! Even the caterer was stunned that with only 30 minutes left to the end of the reception, most guests were still there. She said that just never happens so it was obvious that everyone was having a great time. I would heartily recommend your company’s services to anyone. Thank you so much for the AWESOME job you did at our wedding. We had the best time and our friends and family keep saying it's the most fun wedding they've ever been to. We really believe it was because the music was perfect and people kept saying, "Oh my god I love this song, I can't sit down now." We couldn't have been happier. He is quite professional, which really impressed me. He arrived super early to the venue, which made me happy because I knew he'd be set up before the guests started to arrive, etc. He played pretty much all the music we requested, introduced the wedding party well, and kept the dance floor going. The RHS Class of 1981 celebrated their 30th year reunion last weekend and tons of memories came flooding back as you provided music from our high school days. Not only did you entertain us with music from the 1980s, you also got us up on the dance floor enjoying some of today’s hits. You were instrumental in ensuring that our classmates had a fabulous time. From the very beginning of our event planning, your offer to be our DJ was quickly appreciated and it didn’t take us long to agree that you were ideal for this job. We are glad that we made that decision! Thank you so much for taking this task head on and preparing for it so perfectly. Our evening presented several challenges, from hosting the cocktail hour in one location, to moving to the main room, to allowing for group photos and announcements, and all the while allowing our guests to mingle and catch up on all of their happenings. A 30 year reunion is a milestone event and, without question, you went the extra mile to make it a lasting memory for all.
